1965

The foundation

Mario Tengattini founds the company for the marketing of lubricants industrial oils.

1975

Growth and consolidation

The company's evolution determines growth and the expansion of its production facility to provide more timely services and tailored to the customers' expectations.

The first generational change brings innovation and further growth through a business-oriented view to the synergy between the company and the increasingly demanding customers.

1995

Modernization and investments

The continuity and the desire to provide the industry with a timely and effective contribution, motivate the company to invest in a transformation of the production site with a modernization of the commercial and logistics space. (Office photos).

Research and development

The vocation to provide solutions through their products, paves the way to new investment to PERFORM is the quality of the delivered products that improve the speed of delivery.
Precisely this insight allows Tennex further structured with a laboratory in which to study and implement new oils and an important new storage area.

2022

Operational headquarters expansion

The company’s steady growth and the need for a more efficient workflow lead Tennex to open a new operational headquarters designed to optimize every stage of production and service. This strategic step strengthens internal coordination and enhances the ability to manage increasing demands with precision and continuity.
The new facility brings together logistics, technical offices and dedicated support areas, allowing faster operations and a more integrated management of customer requirements.

2023

Progress and growth

Tennex’s path of evolution continues with targeted improvements aimed at increasing internal efficiency and supporting rising production volumes. During this year, a new department dedicated to the automated storage of incoming materials is established, featuring an advanced system of silos that collects and continuously distributes the raw inputs required for lubricant manufacturing.
This new infrastructure ensures a more orderly, safe and traceable management of materials, making the production flow smoother and guaranteeing consistency, accuracy and speed across every operational stage.

Looking to the future

The positive trend identified constant acquisition of new customers and the gradual and controlled increase in turnover motivate the company to look to the future.
New investment horizon both in terms of new facilities that the technology and installations.
The only objective is to meet the challenges of new markets outside of the Italian territory while maintaining product and service quality.
